I needed a great little plugin to help me accept WeChat Pay and Alipay payments from customers when I was in China.

The support team did a fantastic job of helping me get through a few technical issues at the beginning and now we're all up and running! A great plugin from a great company.

There was some glitch that sent me an automated email saying my support ticket had been received, when it had not. Once this team became aware, they immediately jumped on a video call with me to fix my problem.

Honestly, it still remains to be seen if this solution will fit my needs, but that's a Chinese banking issue, not with this company. I have full faith that the WP Stripe Global Payments team is the real deal who genuinely cares about their product!
